Brand recommendation and Management contract negotiations for hotel developers and for individual owners with existing hotels, who would like to flag the hotel with a world class hotel brand. We negotiate the key commercial terms on behalf of the owner, and complete the assignment with signed Letter of Intent with Head of Terms by both parties.
